More than one million square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On October 29, at a meeting held by Acting Tatarstan President Ildar Khalikov at Tatarstan Government House, it was reported that Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 1,363 inspections in the field of labour protection since the beginning of the year. As a result, 440 resolutions for a total amount of 16 mln 630 thousand roubles have been issued.

Making a keynote report Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin said that 1 mln 857.6 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic by October 28, 2016.

Under the social mortgage programme, 89 houses with a total area of 216.4 thousand meters with 3,754 apartments have been put into operation.

Faizullin reported on construction of housing for orphans and children left without parental care and other regional programmes in more details. 

Khalikov asked him to follow up the issue concerning provision of housing for orphans and ensure timely execution of the programme.
