A Concert of Masters of the Arts of the Republic of Tatarstan held at Russian Embassy in France

On November 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov attended a concert of Tatarstan masters of the arts held at the Russian Embassy in France.

Prior to the concert, Minnikhanov and Russia's Ambassador to France Alexander Orlov had visited an exhibition of photographs “Modern Tatarstan” and an exposition of national arts and crafts, where leather products with national ornaments, souvenirs, traditional Tatar caps, tubeteikas, dolls dressed in Tatar national costumes were displayed.

Welcoming the audience of the concert, which gathered more than a thousand people, Orlov noted that Tatarstan is one of the most dynamically developing regions of Russia. He said that Tatarstan has proved itself to be a very reliable region, therefore it was Tatarstan which was trusted to hold such important for the country international events as the 2013 World Summer Universiade, the 2015 World Aquatics Championships, the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017 and matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Russian Ambassador to France wished Rustam Minnikhanov to have a useful stay in France during his working visit.

In his turn, Minnikhanov expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to hold a concert of Tatarstan masters of the arts in the hall of the Russian Embassy in France.
