Rustam Minnikhanov sends telegram with condolences over terrorist attack in Istanbul to the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram with condolences over terrorist attack in Istanbul on January 1, 2017 to the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

“Dear Mr President! Let me express my deepest condolences over terrorist attack in Istanbul. Terrorism is a threat to all mankind and today the Turkish Republic is in the front line of fighting this malice. We are judging this barbaric and ruthless crime. People, who organized it, should be punished heavily.

Please convey our deepest sympathy and support to relatives and friends of the deceased. We wish speedy recovery to the injured.

We are mourning with the brotherly Turkish people.

Besides, Tatarstan President sent telegrams to the Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim and Mayor of Istanbul.

Capital overhaul of 839 multi-apartment houses completed in Tatarstan with 40 houses still being under repairs

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.

On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
