Film Company “Anno Domini” intends to realize film project “Treasury of Kaban Lake”

Issues of realizing film project “Treasury of Kaban Lake” in Tatarstan were discussed at a meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of Film Company “Anno Domini” (Moscow).
The meeting took place in House of RT government with participation of Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, RT Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin, Head of Department for culture and developing languages of RT peoples under RT Cabinet Staff Gulshat Nigmatullina and others.
Patries discussed course of work on the project “Treasury of Kaban Lake” and its script. RT President was informed that consultations with historians of RT Academy of sciences were held while working on the project.
In opinion of Rustam Minnikhanov this project is actual and important. The main thing is to avoid lightness of facts, to make right emphasis in reflecting complicated moments of the Middle Ages and reality of current Tatarstan.

“Anno Domini” is a holding which comprises film company “Anno Domini” (Moscow), advertising agency “Anno Domini. Style agency” (Moscow). The company has worked in the sphere of film production since 2000. It participated in co-financing and production of more than 190 TV series and more than 30 full-length art films. Out of their own filmography - full-length art film “Yaroslav” (2010, Director - D.Korobkin) which was shot by the order of RF Government №1259-Р dated as 07.09.2006. It is dedicated to 1000-anniversary of Yaroslavl city and was supported by RF Ministry of culture. Distirbution was realized by the company “XX Century Fox”. For now it has been sold in 15 counties of the world and participates in many international film festivals.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
