Rustam Minnikhanov: Technopark “Idea” should progress further

“Technopark “Idea” as one of the first objects of innovative infrastructure should continue developing”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said on visiting technopark.
RT President was accompanied by First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov, Vice-premier – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov.
Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with course of construction of nano - centre - a large project realized on the basis of technopark by Tatarstan together with “Rosnano”. Later on RT President took part in a meeting where issues of project realization were discussed.
Opening the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov claimed of intention to visit regularly large innovative centres of Tatarstan for the purpose of acquaintance with current activity. “Technopark “Idea” was the first object of innovative infrastructure. Certain resulsts have been achieved here now but we think it should continue developing”, - Rustam Minnikhanov stated.
Head of republic reminded that “Rosnano” allocated 1,7 bln. roubles for creation of nano-center on the basis of technopark. RT President pointed out the importance of efficient use of these financial investments. “Attraction of “Rosnano” as a partner is a serious project of federal status and it should be realized successfully”, - R. Minnikhanov said.
Director of “technopark “Idea” Sergei Yushko told about results obtained and current activity of technopark.
Set of projects planned to be realized on the basis of nano-centre being created in technopark was presented to Rustam Minnikhanov. One of them is the project of creating pharma-centre of company “Izvarino Pharma” that is included into group of companies Ferring Pharmaceuticals.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
