On May 23 at 3d international forum “Big chemistry" in Ufa Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that introduction of innovations in petrochemical and oil-refining sectors is a necessary condition for preservation and increase of competitiveness of these sectors at Russian and global markets.
