The Agreement between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan was signed in Kazan (the Korston Complex) on September 10.

The Agreement was signed by Russian Emergency Situations Minister Sergei Shoigu and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The Agreement will expire on December 31, 2016.

The signing ceremony was held as part of an enlarged meeting of the Research and Technical Council of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov addressed Muslims of republic on the occasion of Uraza-bairam

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov sent greetings telegrams on the occasion of ending the Fast and breaking of heartwarming holiday Utraza-bairam to Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of RT mufti Gusman Khazrat Iskhakov, Chairman of Council of Russian muftis – chairman of Religious Board of Muslims of Russia's European Region, mufti of sheikh Ravil Gainutdin and Supreme mufti - Chairman of Central Religious Board of Muslims of Russia Talgat Tadzhutdin.

The XVII international specialized exhibition “Oil. Gas. Petrochemistry” opened in Kazan. Speaking at the opening ceremony Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov underlined importance of this exhibition for Tatarstan as oil-production and oil-processing republic. A global project is being realized in Tatarstan – oil-processing complex “TANECO” is being constructed in Nizhnekamsk city. By words of Prime Minister, republic looks far ahead on these issues. Recent foundation of RT Ministry of energy is also connected with this project. Main purpose of this activity is social and economic development of Tatarstan and improvement of citizens’ quality of life, Ildar Khalikov stressed.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov met with officials of the Highest mountain council of non-commercial partnership “Miners of Russia” and Council of All-Russia public organization “Union of oil-gas industrialists of Russia”. The meeting was held in House of RT government. The Republic of Tatarstan was presented by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Vice-premier – minister of energy Ilshat Fardiev, Minister of ecology and nature resources Aglyam Sadretdinov, Counsellor to RT President Renat Muslimov and others.

RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited the Administration building of Russian federal security service on RT that is being under construction (Kazan, Bolshaya Krasnaya street).
Head of RT Government positively assessed stage of preparedness of the building for solemn opening.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Russian Federation Hugo José García Hernández. The meeting was held in House of RT Government. It is the first visit of Hugo José García Hernández to the Republic of Tatarstan. Yesterday he was in Transkama zone of republic with his party, visited JSC “KAMAZ”, Kama industrial park “Master” and other enterprises.

In 2010 percent of citizens refused from social services has made 73,3 %. Such information was given at briefing in House of RT Government devoted to issues of rendering social services. Briefing was traditionally held in format of video conference with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan. Besides, it was broadcasted on-line in Internet (via official government portal www.prav.tatar.ru ).
