On November 9, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Information and Communication of the republic Roman Shaikhatdinov, Minister of Economy of the Republic Artem Zdunov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in an opening ceremony of a new multipurpose centre for rendering state and municipal services in Moscovsky district of Kazan.
