On February 28, during the Russian Investment Forum “Sochi-2017”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met Chairman of the National managing holding “Baiterek” Erbolat Dosayev and thanked him for his help in developing cooperation between the parties when he worked as the Kazakhstan Minister of Economy.

On February 28, at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, Tatarsan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Tambov Region Administration Alexander Nikitin signed a plan of action until 2020 aimed at implementing the Agreement between Tatarstan and Tambov region. The plan envisages interaction between ministries and departments in the field of trade and economic cooperation, construction and housing and utilities, health, labour, employment and social protection of the population, computerization and communication, culture, education, sport and tourism.

In particular, he attended the exhibition stands of the Krasnodar Territory, Moscow, the Republic of Adygea, where he got familiarized with some of the most interesting projects.
On February 28, during the 16th Russian Investment Forum “Sochi-2017”, the name of the first Ambassador of the Worldskills Kazan-2019 Competition was announced. The honour to become the first Ambassador was awarded to Russian restaurateur Arkady Novikov.
