On April 3, during his official visit to Bahrain, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited a famous museum “House of Quran”. Established in 1990, the House of Quran is one of the most famous Islamic museums in the world. It houses rare manuscripts of Quran from Iran, China, India, Turkey, Egypt and North Africa, scientific literature and translations of Quran.

On March 29, speaking at a briefing at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the republic Farid Abdulganiev said that a two-month sanitary and environmental campaign begins in Tatarstan on April 1, adding that during the campaign the regional territories will be brought in compliance with the requirements of environmental and sanitary epidemiological security.
