On November 27, at their meeting during the seventh meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-Emirati Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a working visit in Abu-Dhabi, and Minister of Economy of the UAE Sultan Al Mansoori discussed prospects for cooperation in the field of Islamic finance and considered various options for the application and introduction of Islamic financial instruments in Russia.
On November 26, during his working visit to Abu-Dhabi, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the seventh meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-Emirati Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation held by Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Abdullah Al Nahyan.
On November 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Abu Dhabi (the United Arab Emirates) to take part in the seventh meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-Emirati Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation to be held by Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Abdullah Al Nahyan.
On November 25, in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the third Moscow – Tatarstan Bridge Youth Forum. Students of Moscow Universities, graduate students and young people born in Tatarstan participated in the forum.
On November 25, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic, Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov reported on the implementation of the state programme “Development of information and communication technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan “Opened Tatarstan” for 2014-2020”.
On November 24, Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin took part in the opening of the International Water Polo Tournament among old stager teams from Kazan, Volgograd, Kazakhstan and Saint Petersburg in memory of Lieutenant-General Alexander Antonov.
On November 25, speaking at a video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Agriculture of the republic Marat Akhmetov reported on the payment for labour in the agro-industrial complex of the republic.
On November 25, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a ceremony of awarding winners of the regional contest “The Best State Civil Official of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
On November 25, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that as of November 24, 2017, as many as 2,012,700 square meters of housing, which makes 100.2 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.
On November 24, at the Gymnastics Centre in Kazan, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and other honoured guests took part in an opening ceremony of the second Open Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament for prizes of Olympic Champion Darya Shkurikhina "On Top of Success".
