Today a delegation of Azerbaijan headed by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliev has arrived in Kazan.

Ilham Aliev was met at the Kazan International airport by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials.
Today President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov stays with a working visit in Rostov region where he takes part in a session of V congress of All-Russia public organization «Russian agrarian movement» (Rostov-on- Don ).

The main purposes and tasks of «Russian agrarian movement» – creation of high efficient agrarian –industrial complex, maintenance of country’s foodstuff security, protection of interests of home commodity producers , facilitation of sustainable, social-economic development of rural territories and revival of a Russian village.
Zinatulla Bilyaletdinov has been determined by Russian Federation leadership to head National hockey team. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov informed of this during JSC Tatneft Board of directors session in Almetievsk.

Rustam Minnikhanov spoke out common wish of Tatarstaners and hockey fans for Zinatulla Bilyaletdinov that this raising be lucky for him.

Your achievements are not by accident, he said, addressing Zinatulla Bilyaletdinov, this is first of all a serious work, your work and work of all your team .
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov appreciated the activity of JSC “Tatneft” by results of work in 2010. Speaking at the annual meeting of the company’s shareholders in Almetievsk he noted that last year was a difficult one for republican economy. Still quite good results were archived. Gross regional product of republic made 1 trillion roubles, volume of industrial production – more than a trillion, - 8,2 % more than last year. Oil industry played a great role in republican economy, 27 % of added value and 30 % of total income tax revenue to RT budget is the share of JSC “Tatneft”.
Directors board of JSC “Tatneft” comprised of 15 people has been elected today at a meeting of company’s shareholders that took place in Almetievsk. The membership did not change. RT President Rustam Minnikhanov has become a member of the board by right of the “golden action”.

“The day of Great Patriotic War outbreak is a sorrowful date for all citizens of Tatarstan and we should keep it in mind”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov stated at a meeting with veterans of Great Patriotic War and labor before watching a film «Burnt by the sun 2: Citadel». RF Union cinemakers chairman Nikita Mikhalkov presented the film to veterans.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with chairman of RF Union cinemakers chairman Nikita Mikhalkov. The meeting took place in House of RT Government. Nikita Mikhalkov is on one-day working visit in Kazan. In the morning together with President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and other officials he participated in ceremony of laying flowers to the Eternal Flame in Victory Park in Kazan (Day of memory and sorrow dedicated to 70-anniversary of beginning of Great Patriotic War).
Today, on 70-anniversary of beginning of Great Patriotic War President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov laid flowers to the Eternal Flame in Victory park in Kazan.Rustam Minnikhanov paid a tribute to the fallen during Great Patriotic War together with heroes of the Soviet Union Sabir Akhtyamov, Boris Kuznetsov and veterans of GPW. After laying flowers Head of Tatarstan spoke to veterans.

Official opening of new building of town unit of RF investigation department on RT took place in Naberezhye Chelny. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Naberezhye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev, head of investigation department of RF Investigation committee on RT, colonel of Justice Pavel Nikolayev attended the event.
The situation with drugs turnover in Tatarstan is characterized by increase in number of sorts of narcotic drugs. Such information was given at a briefing in RT Cabinet dedicated to International Day Against Drug Abuse And Illicit Trafficking.
