Memorandum on intentions for realization of investment project “Creation of technopolis “New Tura” has been signed today in the House of RT Government.
The document was signed by Director general of Brack Capital Real Estate Russia Iosif Levin, Chairman of FGN Capital Board Aleksandr Khaldei, RT Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Head of Kazan executive committee Aleksei Pesoshin, Head of Zelenodolsk municipal region Sergei Batin.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, First deputy PM Ravil Muratov, representatives of RT ministries took part in signing ceremony.
By words of Rustam Minnikhanov the project is very important for Kazan development. Geographic location and nearby traffic speak about serious prospects of the project.
Moreover, the project is expected to favour economic development of Zelenodolsk mono-city, consolidation of inter-regional economic relations, infrastructure of services and hospitality, and will provide new jobs.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
