Agreement for trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation signed between Tatarstan and Krasnoyarsk region

The Agreement for trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation was signed between Tatarstan and Krasnoyarsk region in Krasnoyarsk.
The document was signed by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Krasnoyarsk region Lev Kuznetsov in presence of Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev.
The agreement implies assistance to establishment, maintenance and expansion of mutually beneficial trade-economic relations between business enterprises registered and implementing their activity in Krasnoyarsk region and the Republic of Tatarstan, development of cooperation in social, cultural and scientific, health care, public management spheres, development of information policy, and support of civic institutions.
The agreement was signed within the framework of 10th Krasnoyarsk economic forum (International exhibition and business center “Siberia” www.krasnoforum.ru).
Earlier relationships between the Republic of Tatarstan and Krasnoyarsk region were based on the Agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical and cultural cooperation signed in 1998, and the agreement on partnership relations and cooperation between Kazan and Krasnoyarsk signed in 2011.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
