Rustam Minnikhanov arrives in Ashkhabad

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in the capital of Turkmenistan Ashkhabad.
He was met by Deputy Chairman of Turkmenistan Cabinet of Ministers Baimurad Khodzhamukhammedov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Turkmenistan Aleksandr Blokhin at Ashkhabad international airport.
Today Rustam Minnikhanov is going to meet with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov.
On March 21 Rustam Minnikhanov will participate in opening ceremony of the International conference “Nawruz-the holiday of peace and humanism” and events dedicated to the international holiday Nawruz.

On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.

On 28 February, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities” Nailya Nagumanova informed about preparation to the implementation of the Our Yard programme in the republic.
