On October 28, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in IV Moscow international forum “Open innovations” in Moscow. The forum has been held since 2012. This year its partner is Serbia, in 2014 it was China, and in 2013 – Finland and France.
On October 26, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov held a meeting with participation of all municipal regions of the republic on quality improvement of housing and utilities services.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov is on short-term vacation till November 1, 2015. In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov will fulfill his duties.
On October 23, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Russian Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky, Prime Minister of the republic Ildar Khalikov and members of bike clubs took part in the official opening of a cycling route “Amazing Kazan”. The project was realized due to the grant provided by Russian Ministry of Culture under All-Russia contest of projects on organization of cultural and educational walking and cycling routes.
On October 23, at Tatarstan Government House, speaking at a regional videoconference meeting chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Nikolay Titov said that Tatarstan has harvested 50 thousand hectares of sugar beet or 87 per cent of the total area, with another 7.7 thousand hectares to be removed soon. He continued that sugar beet harvesting is expected to be completed in early November.
