State Council of Tatarstan has opened the 19th session of the fourth convocation.President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Advisor Mintimer Shaimiev and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov take part in the session. Farid Mukhametshin chairs the parliament session.The deputies will today review over 30 items, including the draft laws “On executing the Republic of Tatarstan’s 2010 budget” and “On executing the Republic of Tatarstan’s Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund’s budget in 2010”.
Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov told about purposes of creating RT Agency for investment development. Head of RT government said that it does not imply reorganization of structure but creation of new institution for which serious tasks are set. Ildar Khalikov reminded that the issue of creating such agency had been raised many times because “this function was not developed enough within the framework of republican government”. Also RT government discussed which ministry would become the basic for creation of Agency for investment development. The main principles of creating the approved scheme were the following: both large and small investors, Russian and foreign, are important for Tatarstan economy. So possibility to consolidate all information within the limits of one structure is essential.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with Director of Federal bailiff service - Chief Bailiff of Russian Federation Artur Parfenchikov. The meeting was held in House of RT Government with participation of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, Secretary of Security Council Valery Vlasov and Head of Directorate of bailiff service on RT Khamit Sharipov.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is on working trip in Moscow. Head of Tatarstan took part in signing Agreement on creation of Joint Enterprise of Ford Motor Company and JSC “Sollers”. The signing ceremony took place in Moscow state university of communication lines (Obraztsova st.) with participation of Chairman of RF Government Vladimir Putin.
Today delegation of Novosibirsk region headed by the Governor Vasily Yurchenko visited trans-Kama industrial zone of Tatarstan. Accompanied by RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov guests visited oil-refining plant “TANECO”, “Nizhnekamskneftehim”, SEZ “Alabuga” and Kama industrial park “Master”. In Nizhnekamsk the largest enterprises of petrochemical sector - oil-refining plant “TANECO” and “Nizhnekamskneftehim” were demonstrated to Vasily Yurchenko.
Agreement on scientific-technical cooperation between Tatarstan and Federal unitary enterprise “All-Russia scientific research institute of aviation materials” was signed today in Moscow. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Director-general of Federal unitary enterprise “All-Russia scientific research institute of aviation materials”, academician of Russian academy of sciences Evgeny Kablov put their signatures in the document.

“High level of constructing sport objects and other infrastructure within the limits of preparation for Universiade 2013 in Kazan demonstrates professionalism of Tatarstan government and improves image of Russia in the world”, - Governor of Novosibirsk region Vasily Yurchenko announced in the course of working visit to republic. Answering journalists’ questions Vasily Yurchenko said that after acquaintance with sport infrastructure of Kazan, leadership of Novosibirsk region intends to take as a basis ideology, conception and project solutions of Tatarstan in order to build such objects in the region.
Agreement on trade-economic, social and cultural cooperation between Tatarstan Republic and Novosibirsk region was signed in House if RT Government within the frameworks of . President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Novosibirsk region Vasily Yurchenko put their signatures in the document. By words of Rustam Minnikhanov the document has become a logical continuation of cooperation between two industrially developed regions of Russia.
The Committee for Small and Medium Enterprise Development has been converted into a new entity.President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has decreed to transform the Committee for Small and Medium Enterprise Development into the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. The dissolved committee’s chairman Linar Yakupov has headed up the new body.
Today Governor of Novosibirsk region Vasily Yurchenko who is on a working trip in Kazan got acquainted with the largest projects of social and economic development of Tatarstan. The delegation visited Universiade Village, IT-park, Kazan federal university, technopolis “Himgrad”. Vasily Yurchenko was accompanied by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.
