More than 130 enterprises and organizations from Tatarstan, Russian regions and abroad took part in XI international specialized exhibition "Energetics. Resource-saving" and X International symposium "Power and resource efficiency and power-saving” in Kazan. Events are being held in exhibition centre “Kazan fair”.

Agreement about cooperation in the sphere of increasing reliability of Unified All-Russian electric network between JSC FSK EES and RT government and agreement about cooperation between RT government and JSC FSK EES on issues of developing RT electrotechnical complex were signed in Kazan Kremlin in presence of Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev.

Today, a regular  session of Tatneft  Board of directors  took place in head office in   Almetievsk  under presidency of  Prime minister of Republic Tatarstan of Rustama Minnikhanov. Board of directors  considered  performance  of the company's budget  for ten months and  approved  the budget for December of current year.

Company RIM (Research In Motion) - developer of wireless hand device BlackBerry considers the possibility to create their design centre in Kazan. RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and Vice-president of RIM company Mr Paul Lousie discussed perspectives of cooperation.

Ceremony of signing credit contract for the sum of 1,5 bln. US dollars between JSC “Tatneft” and bank syndicate headed by WestLB, Unicredit, RBS and “Gazprombank” was held today in the RT Cabinet. The document was signed by Director General of JSC “Tatneft” Shafagat Takhautdinov and Co-chairman of structural financing group of bank WestLB AG Mr Kai Henkel.
