Rustam Minnikhanov to take part in opening of Ronald MacDonald House at Children’s Regional Clinical Hospital

On July 10 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, McDonalds President in Russia and Eastern Europe Khazmat Khasbulatov will take part in official opening of Ronald MacDonald House at Children’s Regional Clinical Hospital in Kazan.
Parents of children who arrived from other towns to receive medical treatment at Children’s Regional Clinical Hospital will live at the hotel. The foundation stone of Ronald MacDonald House was laid last year in August.
The hotel was built at the expense of Ronald MacDonald House Charity Foundation. It is the first McDonalds family hotel in Russia.

Ronald MacDonald House Charity Foundation was registered in Russia in 1995. Its Board of guardians consists of company’s officials and medical specialists. Main projects of the foundation are Ronald MacDonald Centre (sports and recreation centre for handicapped children), “Family rooms” and regional educational programme.
