Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signs decree on appointment of Aleksey Pesoshin as First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan

On January 10 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree on appointment of Aleksey Pesoshin as First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To the point, members of the parliament approved the candidacy of Aleksey Pesoshin for the position of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, at a session of Tatarstan State Council at the end of December 2013.

Aleksey Valerievich Pesoshin was born on December 9, 1963 in Kazan.

In his address on the occasion of the Russian Science Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated scientists, researchers and lecturers of the republic with the event and wrote: “Science has always been and remains one of the main driving forces of progress and foundation for the development of economy, social sphere and education. Due to your talent, work and dedication to your vocation Tatarstan occupies the leading positions in many scientific spheres starting from petrochemical and IT technologies to biotechnologies and materials engineering. Today, based on glorious traditions of Russian and Tatarstan scientists, you are making a substantial contribution into ensuring scientific and technological sovereignty of Russia and solve the most important tasks of import replacement, digitalization and sustainable development.
On February 3, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in a ceremony of opening XXI All-Russia competitions in fire-rescue sports for the Cup of the Tatarstan Prime Minister, held in the gym of the Chief Department of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for Tatarstan with participation of 21 teams from various regions of Russia - a total of about 430 people.
On 31 January, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Damir Shaydullin reported that capital overhaul of nine school in eight municipalities of the republic has started.
On 28 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in an extended joint meeting of the Main Directorate of Russian Emergencies Ministry for Tatarstan and a collegium of the Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disaster Response of the republic which summarized results of work of the territorial subsystem of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations of the republic in 2025 and set tasks for 2026.
In his keyword report the Head of the Main Directorate Irek Kadamov informed that there were 3 758 man-caused fires in the republic which killed 128 people and injured 177. Through joint efforts, we have managed to reduce the number of man-caused fires by more than 10%, the number of injured by 12 per cent, however the number of killed increased by 13 people, he said.
