Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signs decree on appointment of Aleksey Pesoshin as First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan

On January 10 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree on appointment of Aleksey Pesoshin as First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
To the point, members of the parliament approved the candidacy of Aleksey Pesoshin for the position of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, at a session of Tatarstan State Council at the end of December 2013.

Aleksey Valerievich Pesoshin was born on December 9, 1963 in Kazan.
He graduated from Kazan State University majoring in engineering, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences
1986-1995 – worked as a research assistant at Kazan State University
1995-2000 – specialist, deputy principal engineer, head of ZHEU №79 “Zhilbytservis” in Soviet district of Kazan
2000-2002 – Deputy Director, principal engineer at OAO “Kazan plant of gas equipment Vesta”
2002-2007 – Director General of OAO “Kazan plant of gas equipment Vesta”
2007 – Deputy Director General of ZAO HC “Zolotoy kolos” – Director of OOO Managing company “Volga Foodstuff Corporation”
2007-2010 – Head of Administration of Soviet district of the executive committee of Kazan municipality
2010 – Deputy Head of the executive committee of Kazan municipality
2010 – January 2014 - Head of the executive committee of Kazan municipality

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.
On 20 December, in his address on the occasion of the Russian Security Bodies Officers Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated employees and old stagers of the service with their professional holiday and wrote: “
Throughout the history of our state, security agencies have stood guard over national interests of Russia and protected the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. Your high professionalism, courage and dedication to duty are a reliable shield against external and internal threats.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
