Results of the visit of Tatarstan delegation to China summarized at Tatarstan Government House

On May 27, results of the visit of Tatarstan delegation led by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to China were summarized at Tatarstan Government House.
Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov reminded participants of the meeting that Tatarstan President took part in the meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with Chairman of People’s Republic of China Xí Jìnpíng as a part of official Russian delegation.
The agreement on trade-economic, scientific-technical, and cultural cooperation was signed between Tatarstan Government and Hunan province in presence of Vladimir Putin. Ravil Zaripov noted that the agreement implies cooperation in engineering, chemical, energy and trade sectors.
Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov told about the visit of Tatarstan delegation to Quingdao. He noted that at his meeting with First Secretary of Party Committee of Qingdao, member of Party Committee of Shandong province Mr Li Qun, Tatarstan President discussed prospective areas of cooperation, in particular, implementation of Haier project, cooperation in the sphere of tourism, exchange of delegations and students.
Linar Yakupov continued that for 20 years Chinese specialists have been using and developing American and European technologies, and we should adopt their practices. He also noted that 320 Chinese students study in Tatarstan.
On 20 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Chief Federal Inspector for Tatarstan Viktor Demidov, representatives of interacting bodies, commanders and heads of the units of the Directorate took part in a resulting collegium of the National Guard Troops in Tatarstan that discussed results of the service of the Directorate in 2024 and set forth tasks for the coming period.
On 18 January at a regular Saturday meeting in the Government House of the republic it was announced that by his decree from 18 January 2025 the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov appointed Marat Fayzrakhmanov to the post of the Minister of Finance of the republic.
On 15 January, speaking at a briefing in the Government house of the republic dedicated to implementation of national projects in Tatarstan, the Minister of Economy of the republic Midkhat Shagiakhmetov informed about main achievements of the republic in 2019-2024 and said that more than 228bn rubles has been allocated on implementation of the national projects in the republic for the last six years.
On 13 January Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov took part in a ceremony of opening a college for training qualified specialists in IT and robotics at the University of Innopolis. The college established as a pilot project will enroll first 75 students in 2025-2026 academic year, and, speaking at the ceremony, Roman Shaykhutdinov emphasized its strategic importance in the context of national tasks.
