On February 4, speaking at a video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as of February 3, 2017, as many as 339,500 square meters of housing or 14.1 per cent of the plan have been commissioned in Tatarstan.
Faizullin went on to report that since the beginning of the year the State Construction Supervision and State Labour Inspectorate have conducted 125 inspections in the sphere of labour safety in construction industry.
In 2017, 13 houses with a total area of 22,600 square meters will be built under the rental housing programme and three of them have been already commissioned in Verkhneuslonsky District. Construction and installation works have been completed at six sites in Innopolis. Wall facing is underway in one house in Apastovsky district.
Under the programme to improve living conditions for World War II veterans construction of 19 houses for 98 veterans is underway.
In 2017, it is planned to provide housing for 305 orphans under residential lease agreements for the sum of 346 mln 742.6 thousand roubles.
Besides, 49 families, having five and more children, 50 families under the federal special purpose programme “Housing” for 2015-2020, as well as 49 citizens and the same programme, who have the right to improve their living conditions under the federal legislation, will be provided housing in 2017.
Construction of multi-apartment investment houses is underway in the republic. This year, it is planned to build 111 houses, of which eight houses have been commissioned.
The Minister said that works have been organized at 14 of 31 facilities under the programme of construction of rural clubs in Tatarstan.
