June 19. Aide to Russian President Arkady Dvorkovich held visiting reception on citizens’ appeals in Kazan. To become familiar with details of some appeals sent to RF President Reception Arkady Dvorkovich visited multi-dwelling house in Tatarstan capital located on Latyshskikh Strelkov Street and lyceum №5 (Kazan, Volkov st.,3).
Aide to RF President Arkady Dvorkovich was accompanied by RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and other officials. The first case concerns complaint about their house not included into the major repairs program. It was built in 1970, settled in 1971 and now is in a poor condition. Answering questions of Arkady Dvorkovich Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin stated that currently construction documents for implementing major repairs in 2012 were being prepared.
As for lyceum №5 the appeal concerned the absence of sports ground (due to construction of motorway on Tikhomirnova st.). After examining the object Aide to Russian President was reported that the area around the lyceum would be improved in June 2011 and new sports ground would be constructed as well. By words of Ilsur Metshin it would be finished by September 1.
Later on Arkady Dvorkovich held citizens’ reception at the mobile Reception of RF President. Specialists of RF President Reception (Moscow), Plenipotentiary Representation of RF President in Volga federal District (Nizhny Novgorod) took part in teleconference. In Kazan mobile reception was deployed on the territory of IT-park (Peterburgskaya st.).
RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, RT Minister of health care Airat Farrakhov, RT Minister of construction, architecture and housing Irek Faizullin, RT Prosecutor Kafil Amirov and others took part in the reception.
On 28 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in an extended joint meeting of the Main Directorate of Russian Emergencies Ministry for Tatarstan and a collegium of the Ministry for Civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disaster Response of the republic which summarized results of work of the territorial subsystem of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations of the republic in 2025 and set tasks for 2026.
In his keyword report the Head of the Main Directorate Irek Kadamov informed that there were 3 758 man-caused fires in the republic which killed 128 people and injured 177. Through joint efforts, we have managed to reduce the number of man-caused fires by more than 10%, the number of injured by 12 per cent, however the number of killed increased by 13 people, he said.
On 28 January at a ceremony held as a part of a meeting summarizing results of work of the territorial subsystem of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations of the republic in 2025 and setting tasks for 2026, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Head of the Main Directorate of Russian Emergencies Ministry for Tatarstan Irek Kadamov handed in keys for 24 new fire and rescue vehicles purchased at the expense of the regional budget to units of the Directorate and Tatarstan Emergencies Ministry.
On 27 January, speaking at an extended meeting of the Tatarstan Prosecutor’s Office which summarized results of work of the Office for 2025 and set tasks for strengthening law and order in 2026 and which was held with participation of Russian Deputy General Prosecutor Nikoly Shishkin and the Chief Federal Inspector for the republic Viktor Demidov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin thanked employees of the Office for good work and high professionalism.
On 27 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address to veterans of the Great Patriotic War (WWII): “On behalf of the Government and me personally I congratulate you with the 82th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi Siege by Soviet troops.
