On February 9, at a session of State Committee on Tourism of the Republic of Tatarstan with participation of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of Federal Agency on Tourism Oleg Safonov, it was noted that the main task of tourism industry of the republic is to increase the tourist flow.

On February 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed a decree to establish Tatarstan Presidential Council for Education and Science.
On February 7, speaking at a video conference meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House with participation of all municipal regions, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Farit Khanifov said that the works under the programme of capital repair of multi-apartment houses in 2015 have started in 370 of 999 houses in 39 municipal regions.
On February 7, at Tatarstan Government House, the Board Chairman of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and Acting Tatarstan Prime Minster Aleksey Pesoshin signed an agreement “On regional competition of basic research projects in 2015-2019” between the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and Tatarstan Government.
On February 7, in his telegram addressed to Hero of Socialist Labor, Advisor to Director General of OAO “KAMAZ” Lev Vasiliev, Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated him on his 90th anniversary:

On February 6, at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a meeting with Board Chairman of Turkish “Dizayn Group” Company Ibrahim Mirmahmutogullari.
On February 6,at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House,Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of “Russian standard” corporation Rustam Tariko discussed issues on functioning of distilleries to be included in “Russian standard” holding as well as prospects for developing cooperation with OAO “Tatspirtprom”.
On February 6, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House,Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Minister of Sport of Russian Federation Natalia Parshikova discussed a number of issues related to preparation for World Aquatic Championships 2015.
On February 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Kazakhstan Minister of Defence Imangali Tasmagambetov paid a visit to OAO “KAMAZ” (Naberezhnye Chelny). Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev took part in the visit.
