On November 20 Director General of ZAO “Complex energy systems” Boris Weinzicher and Director General of OAO “Generation company” Rauzil Khaziev signed Memorandum of intentions at Tatarstan Government House in presence of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.
On November 20 at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in Kazan President of Siemens, Russia and Central Asia, Vice-President of Siemens AG Mr Dietrich Muller said that the company considers Tatarstan to be an attractive region for investments.
On November 20 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Konstantin Kosachev and Chairman of the Commission on foreign affairs of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Volkan Bozkir.

On November 19 at a session of Tatarstan Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism on developing tourism and hospitality industry Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov said that Tatarstan has opportunities for developing its own tourism industry.
People continue to send telegrams of condolences in connection with the death of passengers of Boeing 737 plane that crashed at Kazan international airport on November 17, 2013 in the evening.
On November 19 Head of Tatarstan Department of Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare Marina Patyashina informed that for 9 months of 2013 Tatarstan Department conducted 1893 inspections of legal parties and individual entrepreneurs on observing laws in the sphere of protection of consumer’s rights.
On November 19 at his meeting with Chairman of Commission on foreign affairs of Grand National Assembly of Turkey Volkan Bozkir, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that close cooperation in different economic sectors was established between Turkey and Tatarstan as one of Russian regions. The parties also discussed issues of further cooperation.

On November 18 Tatarstan President spoke to President of Turkey Adbullah Gül, Prime-Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Ahmet Davutoğlu on the phone, which was initiated by the Turkish party.
On November 18 people continue sending telegrams of condolences in connection with the death of passengers of Boeing737 plane that crashed on the 17th of November, 2013 at Kazan international airport to Tatarstan.
On November 18 at a session of governmental commission Head of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov informed that 120 employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, other federal and regional structures are working at Kazan international airport, where Boeing 737-500 crashed yesterday, on November 17.
