On September 16 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Intel Vice-President, General Manager of World Ahead programme John Davis, Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, and Minister of Education and Science Engel Fattakhov took part in a plenary session of II International conference “Electronic school-2013” in Kazan.
