President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with chairman of RF Union cinemakers chairman Nikita Mikhalkov. The meeting took place in House of RT Government. Nikita Mikhalkov is on one-day working visit in Kazan. Official opening of new building of town unit of RF investigation department on RT took place in Naberezhye Chelny.
