June 19. Aide to Russian President Arkady Dvorkovich held visiting reception on citizens’ appeals in Kazan. To become familiar with details of some appeals sent to RF President Reception Arkady Dvorkovich visited multi-dwelling house in Tatarstan capital located on Latyshskikh Strelkov Street and lyceum №5 (Kazan, Volkov st.,3).

All-Russia scientific-practical seminar themed: "Rural roads. Experience, problems, decision search" opened today in Exhibition centre “Kazansky Yarmarka". In the event took part RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, Head of federal road agency “Rosavtodor” Anatoly Chabunin, RT Minister of transport and road construction Lenar Safin, heads of core ministries and road organizations from 30 RF subjects, heads of RT municipal regions.

“The Republic of Tatarstan is interested in cooperation with “Ernst & Young” company on set of areas”, - RT President Rustam Minnikhanov stated at a meeting with managing partner of “Ernst & Young” on CIS countries Karl Johansson. The meeting was held at the site of XV annual International economic forum (“Lenexpo”) where Tatarstan was presented by Aide to RT President on international issues – Director for Department of external relations Iskander Muflikhanov, Director-general of JSC “Tatneft” Shafagat Takhautdinov, Head of Agency for investment development Linar Yakupov and others.

RT delegation led by the President Rustam Minnikhanov is in St.Petersburg to take part in work of XV annual International economic forum (June 16-18, 2011).Tatarstan delegation is composed of Aide to RT President on international issues – Director for Department of external relations Iskander Muflikhanov, Director-general of JSC “Tatneft” Shafagat Takhautdinov, Chairman of “Ak Bars” Bank executive board Robert Minnegaleev, Head of Agency for investment development Linar Yakupov and RT Minister of education and science Albert Gilmutdinov.

The Republic of Tatarstan gives a lot of thought to its competitive advantages and further development, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said in Saint-Petersburg at a business lunch on behalf of the World Economic Forum’s president Klaus Schwab. The business lunch was arranged during the annual World Economic Forum in Saint-Petersburg.Each federation constituent today must find an own path of development and uncover its potential, all the conditions for this are in place, R. Minnikhanov said. The priorities for Tatarstan are oil recovery, petrochemistry and mechanical engineering. “We set ourselves a task to seriously develop these areas,” Tatarstan’s chief executive said.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov met with President of World economic forum Klaus Schwab in St.Petersburg. The meeting took place in negotiations hall of hotel “Kempinski” (St.Petersburg, Moika, 22). Aide to RT President on international issues – Director for Department of external relations Iskander Muflikhanov, Head of Agency for investment development Linar Yakupov took part in the event.

RT President Rustam Minnikhanov met with top management of MasterCard in St.Petersburg. Head of Tatarstan is on two-day working visit in St.Petersburg (June 16-17 2011) to take part in annual International economic forum – 2011.

Official ceremony of summing up results of republican contest “Doctor of the year – Ak chechekler” was held in Kazan on June 16. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the ceremony which took place in KRK “Piramida”. The contest “Doctor of the year – Ak chechekler” was held in 2011 for the fourth time. It is organized by RT Ministry of health care and RT Association of medical workers.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with President of International University Sport Federation (FISU) George Killian. The meeting was held in House of RT Government with participation of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, member of FISU executive committee - President of Russian sport student council Oleg Matytsin and RT Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov.

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held meeting of working group on preparing session of the Council under plenipotentiary to RF President in Volga federal district “On prospects of developing energy complex in Volga federal district”. The event took place in House of RT Government (Kazan) with participation of representatives of all RF subjects within Volga federal district.
