Results of annual republican contests “ECOleader” and “Man and nature” have been summed up today in GTRK “Korston” (Kazan). RT Premier Ildar Khalikov took part in awarding ceremony. RT Minister of ecology and natural resources Artem Sidorov opened the ceremony. He reminded that 200 applications were submitted for participation in the contest “ECOleader”. Head of RT Cabinet Ildar Khalikov noted that the contest had been held in republic since 2004. It is aimed at spreading positive experience of work of enterprises and organizations on nature conservation and resource-saving activity, stimulation of nature conservation activity of RT enterprises.
“Electronic state services are becoming more popular among Tatarstan citizens”, - Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov said at a briefing in RT Cabinet. Using laptop Nikolai Nikiforov demonstrated easiness of using electronic state services on-line via web site uslugi.tatar.ru. By words of Head of Ministry of communications more than 727 000 of various interactive and electronic services were rendered to citizens in May 2011.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with a delegation representing the Japan Association for Trade with Russia and NIS. The meeting took place at the House of Government. Director of the Presidential Department of Foreign Affairs – Aide to the Tatarstan President on international issues Iskander Muflikhanov and Tatarstan Industry and Trade Minister Ravil Zaripov also took part the meeting.

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, deputies of RT State Council, officials of RT President Staff and fellow-citizen, Deputy Mayor of Moscow on issues of urban planning and building Marat Khusnullin congratulated citizens of Chistopol region on national Tatar holiday “Sabantui”. Ildar Khalikov read out greetings of RT President Rustam Minnikhanov.
On June 12 President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in Tatar national holiday Sabantui in Alkeevsky municipal region. Celebrations took place at the square of regional centre Bazarnye Mataki. Guests saw improvised sites imitating way of life and traditions of Tatar, Russian and Chuvash villages. The event started from the show “Holiday of plough”. Head of Alkeevsky municipal region Ferdinat Davletshin and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov addressed guests with congratulations.

A solemn ceremony of laying foundation stone of Energy supply centre for Industrial park “Chistopol” has been held today. In the event took part First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov, Head of Chistopol region Ildus Akhmetzyanov, Chairman of Directors board of group of companies “Eastfield AS” Igor Ledetski. Ravil Muratov noted that very soon first residents would appear in Industrial park that would create new working places so important for citizens of one-company town. First Vice-premier wished success in realization of new project.
“Technopark “Idea” as one of the first objects of innovative infrastructure should continue developing”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said on visiting technopark. RT President was accompanied by First Vice-premier Ravil Muratov, Vice-premier – Minister of info and communications Nikolai Nikiforov. Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with course of construction of nano - centre - a large project realized on the basis of technopark by Tatarstan together with “Rosnano”. Later on RT President took part in a meeting where issues of project realization were discussed.
“Tatarstan as one of Russian regions is the most active region in issues of cooperation with the whole Islamic world and Arab states of Persian Gulf in particular”, - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said at a meeting with delegation of United Arab Emirates led by Air force and defence commander Mohhammed Suveidan al-Kamzi. The meeting took place in House of RT government.
State Council of Tatarstan has opened the 19th session of the fourth convocation.President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Advisor Mintimer Shaimiev and Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov take part in the session. Farid Mukhametshin chairs the parliament session.The deputies will today review over 30 items, including the draft laws “On executing the Republic of Tatarstan’s 2010 budget” and “On executing the Republic of Tatarstan’s Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund’s budget in 2010”.
Prime Minister of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov told about purposes of creating RT Agency for investment development. Head of RT government said that it does not imply reorganization of structure but creation of new institution for which serious tasks are set. Ildar Khalikov reminded that the issue of creating such agency had been raised many times because “this function was not developed enough within the framework of republican government”. Also RT government discussed which ministry would become the basic for creation of Agency for investment development. The main principles of creating the approved scheme were the following: both large and small investors, Russian and foreign, are important for Tatarstan economy. So possibility to consolidate all information within the limits of one structure is essential.
