President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov thinks that creation of innovative economy in republic is impossible without Kazan state university. He announced it at a special session of Academic council of Kazan state university. The session was held in assembly hall of the university with participation of RF Minister of education and science Andrei Fursenko.

On April, 7 within the framework of working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny RT President Rustam Minnikhanov visited production plants of JSC “KAMAZ”. Rustam Minnikhanov visited JSC “KAMAZ” for the first time as the President. He was met by Director General of JSC “KAMAZ” Sergey Kogogin and Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Ildar Khalikov.

In the Republic of Tatarstan work on providing housing for war veterans registered before March, 1, 2005 is well-organized. According to data for April, 1 19 veterans have not been provided with housing yet. For the present moment the issue is settled.

Presentation was held in Kazan City Hall with participation of Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin, RT acting minister of construction, architecture and housing Marat Khusnullin, acting minister of ecology and nature resources Aglyam Sadretdinov, deputy minister of construction, architecture and housing - director general of “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt” Irek Faizullin, chief architect of Kazan Tatyana Prokofyeva.
