On 7 March, speaking at a briefing at the Tatarstan Cabinet of Minister, the Director of the Institute of Development of cities of the region Nailya Zinnatullina said that seven cities and the Settlement of Sviyazhsk will take part in the All-Russia competition of small cities and can win the grant support of 675m rubles.
On 1 March, speaking at a collegium of the Tatarstan State Committee on Bioresources, which summarized results of the Committee’s work in 2022 and set forth tasks for 2023, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin said that one can hardly overestimate work of the Committee in provision of biological diversity and favourable living environment for residents of the republic as Tatarstan is the industrially developed region with high anthropogenic load on the ecosystems.
On March 27, speaking at a summing up meeting of Russian Army, Air Force and Navy Volunteer Society of Tatarstan, First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin emphasized that the Society is the largest organization on the basis of which a new system of preliminary military training of young people is being created, including military-patriotic education, the development of military-applied sports, training in military specialties for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
On 23 February during celebrations of the Defenders of the Fatherland Day Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaukhutdinov, regional Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Protection Elmira Zaripova, the Chairwoman of the Committee of Youth Affairs of the Kazan Executive Committee Aliya Zagidullina took part in a ceremony of laying flowers and a wreath from the Rais (Head) and Government of the republic to the Eternal Light in the Victory Park in Kazan.
On 23 February, congratulating residents of Tatarstan with the 23rd February- the Defenders of the Fatherland Day, the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin said that this holiday is homage to all those who served for the benefit of the Fatherland, who is serving their military duty now and those who are going to join the Russian Army and Navy as well as all those who by peaceful labour and military valour struggle for wellbeing and stability of our state and strengthen glory and might of our great Motherland.
On 21 February, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova informed that the Ministry is planning to create “The Embroidered Map of Tatarstan”.
On 21 February, speaking at a meeting of the Laishevo Municipality Council summarizing the social and economic development of the region in 2022 and setting tasks for 2023, Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin, who came to the region on a working visit, said that successful development of Tatarstan in the whole is feasible only with the wellbeing of all municipalities and that is why the administration of the republic attaches great attention to the situation on sites and implementation of tasks of prospective development of territories .
On 21 February Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin, who came on a working visit to Laishevo municipal region of the republic, accompanied by the Head of the region Ildus Zaripov visited a number of enterprises in the Stolbische Settlement.
On February 20, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin arrived on a working visit in Sarmanovo region of the republic to take part in the summing up meeting of the regional Council.
On 17 February, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov via videoconference with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin in the Government house of the republic, regional Minister of Agriculture Marat Zyabbarov informed that winter crops have been sown on the area of 472 thousand hectares, including 374 thousand hectares of winter wheat and 89 thousand hectares of winter rye. He said that 40 per cent of the area has been sowed by original and elite seeds and the weekly monitoring of the Russian Agricultural Center in Tatarstan shows that 96 per cent of them are in good condition.
