Actions.Results", Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the republic needs managers who meet the needs of the time.
On December 4, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed over awards to 12 winners of the contest “Best government employee of the Republic of Tatarstan”. The president offered to send four of them to the training at SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management.
