On July 19, the 15th Federal Sabantui opened in Krasnoyarsk. The holiday was organized with the auspices of the Krasnoyarsk region and the Republic of Tatarstan. Festive celebrations dedicated to cultural traditions of the Tatar people started with a performance of artists from Tatarstan and Krasnoyarsk. Representatives of Tatar diaspora from 36 Russian regions, 500 artists from Tatarstan came to Krasnoyarsk to take part in the federal Sabantui.
On July 19, at their meeting in Krasnoyarsk, Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Viktor Tolokonsky and Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov discussed areas of further cooperation and issues related to cooperation in social-economic and cultural spheres.

On July 18, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Krasnoyarsk on a two-day working visit (July 18-19, 2015), was met by Governor of Krasnoyarsk Territory Viktor Tolokonsky and Mayor of Krasnoyarsk Edkham Akbulatov at the Krasnoyarsk airport.
On July 18, at a regional meeting held by Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that 100 multi-family houses will be built under social mortgage programme in Tatarstan in 2016.
On July 18, at a regional meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that the State Construction Supervision and Inspection Service revealed 83 violations in the sphere of labour protection and drew up 36 protocols on administrative offences.
