On November 21, at the exhibition of the 13th World Islamic Economic Forum, Tatarstan Investment Development Agency presented the Tatarstan’s stand, which featured separate zones for demonstration of Made in Tatarstan industrial clusters and Invest in Tatarstan infrastructure, an interactive screen with information to promote the 10th International Economic Summit “Russia – the Islamic World: KazanSummit” to be held on May 10-12, 2018 in Kazan, a meeting room for 12 people, an open area to hold talks and a lounge area offering national food produced by the Tubetei Company, a regional national food manufacturer.
On November 21, in the city of Kuching (Malaysia), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the 13th World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF). Chairman of the WIEF Foundation Musa Hitman opened a plenary session of the forum and Chief Minister of Sarawak Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Abang Haji Openg and Prime Minister of Malaysia Najib Adbul Razak delivered their welcoming speeches.
