On 25 October, speaking at a briefing in the Government house of the republic, the Head of the Russian Pension Fund Department in Tatarstan Eduard Vafin informed that a discriminative approach will be used for defining the universal allowance amount in 2023, which will depend on the per capita income of a family.
Following a meeting of the Innopolis Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Supervisory Board held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in the regional Cabinet of Ministers on 17 October, Transnational Power Company Gazprom VNIIGAS has become a partner of the SEZ and is planning to establish a center of competences for interaction with scientific organizations and IT companies of Tatarstan.
On October 20, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov read the Address to the State Council of the republic, which was devoted to the internal and external situation of the republic.

On October 3, at their meeting in the city of Tolyatti of the Samara region, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and First Executive Vice President for Strategy and Technical Development of AvtoVAZ machine-building plant Yevgeny Shmelyov discussed the possible development of cooperation between the automotive company and the University of Innopolis in personnel training, as well as the implementation of joint projects in robotics.
On 12 October, welcoming participants of the X International Specialized Exhibition “Road 2022” held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said: “It is a great honor for us to host such an important event in the capital of our republic - Kazan. Today Tatarstan is implementing large scale ambitious projects in various spheres, the main objective of which is to increase life quality of people. It is impossible to imagine today’s life without highways and automotive vehicles. Development of economy branches of the state directly depend on quality and safety of highways. On 7 October, speaking at the XIV International Scientific Applied Conference “Health Architecture – MES 2022” held on the sidelines of the II International Construction Competition in Kazan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that for years of its existence the MES conference has proved its high efficiency and worth and has become a key platform for Volga Federal District for exchange of knowledge and experience in engineering and information technologies used at healthcare faculties.
On 1 October Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin on behalf of the government of the republic and himself congratulated old stagers with the International Day of Older Persons.
In his congratulatory address, Aleksey Pesoshin said: “People have always been the main wealth of our country. And our traditions are based on respect to older generation.
