On November 1 at his meeting with Governor of Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan and Arkhangelsk region have potential for extended cooperation.
On November 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov became a Presidium member of the Economic Council under Russian President. The Presidium membership was approved by Russian President’s Order dated October, 31, 2013.
On November 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived in Arkhangelsk with a working visit, was met by Governor of Arkhangelsk region Igor Orlov, Chairman of regional Tatar national and cultural autonomy Rim Kalimullin at Arkhangelsk airport.
On November 1 at their meeting in Kazan Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of Legislative Assembly Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén (Hungary) Roland Mendi discussed issues of potential cooperation between Tatarstan and Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén.
On November 1 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with Chairman of Htoo group (Myanmar) Mr Tay Za at Tatarstan Government House.

On October 31 speaking at the round table within the framework of international Moscow forum “Open innovations” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that strong regional and federal support is required to establish and develop the innovative economy in the Russian regions.
On October 31, speaking at the panel discussion within the framework of international Moscow forum “Open Innovations” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that IT-city Innopolis, being created in Tatarstan, would become the main center for developing IT-industry in Russia, attracting talented specialists from the whole country.
On October 31 Tatarstan Prime Minister held a session of the Board of guardians of the Investment and Venture Fund (IVF) of the Republic of Tatarstan at Tatarstan Government House.
On October 31 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Minister of Health Adel Vafin, Aide to Tatarstan President on economic issues Airat Khairullin are taking part in international Moscow forum “Open innovations” .
On October 31 within the framework of the forum “Open innovations” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with President of Regional Council of Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur Michel Vauzelle.
