On October 30 at the opening of the 2nd part of educational programme “Development of management competence and professional skills of heads of municipal regions” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that heads of municipal regions have to constantly improve their professional skills, and Tatarstan leadership is ready to render overall support.

On October 29 at their meeting at KRK “Pyramida” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Executive Director for Project Development of Mitsui & Co., Ltd Sugawara Masato discussed prospects of cooperation between Mitsui and Tatarstan production factories. In particular, Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that Tatarstan appreciates relations with Mitsui & Co., Ltd and is interested in their further development.
On October 29 at a solemn event dated to the 55th anniversary of OAO "Kazanorgsintez" and 50th anniversary of first production output at OAO "Kazanorgsintez" Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “OAO “Kazanorgsintez” is our pride.”
