On November 6 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a feast's prayer dated to the holiday Kurban Bayram. The event was held at Kazan Mosque “Al-Mardzhani” with participation of chiefs of the Muslim religious board.

On November 5 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited Sabinsky municipal region. A multi-apartment house built by the target program on resettling citizens from hazardous housing was the first object he visited. By and large 58 families will move to new houses in 2011.

On November 4 Rustam Minnikhanov was on a working trip in Tetyushsky region. Head of Republic visited Tetyushsky Tatar secondary school and met local activists. By his words, dynamics of development is observed in the region. “Programs on construction and major repair of housing, sport objects, kindergartens really change appearance of our villages”, Rustam Minnikhanov said.
On November 4 Tatarstan President visited Apastovsky region where he met local activists. Before the meeting Head of Republic saw several objects.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov granted keys from new emergency cars to the district veterinarians. An official ceremony took place today at the square in front of the Palace of farmers (Kazan). Every district state veterinary department received two emergency cars.
Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and his accompanying persons visited the base of agricultural consumer cooperative “Zagotkontora” “Rybnaya Sloboda” during the working visit to Rybno-Slobodsky region (the Republic of Tatarstan).
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited village Novy Arysh of Rybno-Slobodsky region. Head of RT opened new village house of culture. He was accompanied by Tatarstan minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin, and Head of Rybnoslobodsky region Ilkham Valeev.
