A number of events dedicated to 80th anniversary of the Kazan National Research Technical University- Kazan Aviation Institute (KNRTU-KAI) took place in Kazan today. A central measure of celebration became a solemn concert with participation of RT Premier Ildar Khalikov, chiefs of state power, directors of major enterprises of Russia and Tatarstan, rectors of universities, lecturers and students, KAI alumni of different years.The celebration took place in KSK «Olymp».

Today, in the Kazan Kremlin, RT State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev met with representatives of the World association of assistance to the Tatar entrepreneurs: Chairman of the organization Nurulla Sattarov from Tyumen and Chairman of National-cultural autonomy of Tatars of the Altai region Anvar Aminov.

The investment agreement “On implementing investment project on creating an integrated waste disposal system in Tatarstan” has today been signed at the House of Government. The Tatarstan Government, Tatarstan Municipalities Council and BF ECO were the signatories.

A meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and Governor of Pimorsky Krai Vladimir Miklushevsky who arrived in Kazan with a working visit took place in the Kazan Kremlin today. RT Premier Ildar Khalikov was present at the meeting.
