Issues of creating the concept of IT-village of the Republic of Tatarstan and future development of technoparks network were discussed at the meeting between RT President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of group of companies “Tronic”, chairman of SEMI committee in Russia Igor Kucheryavy.The event was held in Kazan Kremlin with participation of First deputy prime minister Ravil Muratov, RT Minister of informatization and communications Nikolai Nikiforov, RT Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov, Aide to RT President Iskander Mouflikhanov, Head of RT Committee on developing small and medium entrepreneurship Timur Shagivaleev, Deputy minister of industry and trade Oleg Vlasov and others.

The Agreement on cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and FGUP Central Aerohydrodynamics Institute named after Zhukovsky (TsAGI) was signed at the Kazan Kremlin on November 29.Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov and TsAGI Director General Boris Alyoshin put their signatures under the document.The agreement establishes long-term mutually beneficial partner relationship, development of scientific-technical and production potential of industrial and research enterprises based in the Republic of Tatarstan as well as employing their resources for creation of science-intensive output with the competitive capacity to meet the demand at internal and external markets of high-tech civil produce.

Regular session of JSC “Tatneft” Directors board chaired by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov has been held today in RT Cabinet.Results of budget performance by JSC “Tatneft” for 10 months of 2010 were considered; budget for December was fixed, and budget for 2011 was discussed. Directors board heard the information about main results of financial-economic activity of the company. Thus, 19 mln.347 thousand tons of oil have been produced for 9 months; 251 new producing wells were put into operation.By results of financial-economic activity, 36,6 bln. gains have been received before taxation. For reporting period total sum of charged taxes and payments for all levels of budget has made 170 bln. roubles.

Major areas of mutually beneficial cooperation of group of companies “Renova” and innovative centre “Skolkovo” (Moscow) with the largest enterprises of Tatarstan have been discussed today at the meeting in House of RT government The meeting with officials of group of companies “Renova” and innovative centre “Skolkovo” headed by Vice-president - member of directorate of group of companies “Renova” Rinat Khalikov was held by RT President Rustam Minnikhanov. We remind that representative delegation of “Renova” company and innovative centre “Skolkovo” arrived in Kazan with two-day visit (November, 28-29, 2010). The program of visit includes discussion of perspective areas for cooperation between “Skolkovo” and Kazan (Volga) Federal university and such structures as innovative production technopark “Idea”, IT park and others.

RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov met with journalists - representatives of foreign mass media working in Russia. The meeting was held in House of RT government. We remind that representatives of foreign mass media working in Russia, stay in Kazan with two-day introductory visit (November,26-27). They have already visited IT park (Kazan) where Minister of informatization and communications Nikolai Nikiforov presented a number of IT projects being realized in Tatarstan.Journalists asked Ildar Khalikov questions regarding preparation and holding of Universiade 2013 in Kazan, how it is possible to follow the principles of tolerance in such multinational region as Tatarstan, economic and cultural cooperation of Tatarstan with CIS countries and global society.

The Republic of Tatarstan is among leaders in the sphere of implementing the system of satellite navigation GLONASS. This has been said today by Vice-premier of Russian Government Sergey Ivanov at the meeting with RT President Rustam Minnikhanov in Naberezhnye Chelny.“I have visited Tatarstan quite often for the last few years and have paid attention to development of navigation system GLONASS. Among Russian regions Tatarstan is one of the leaders in implementing this system”, - Sergey Ivanov addressed to Head of republic.

There should not be any migrants in Tatarstan except for construction sphere. This was announced by First vice-premier of Tatarstan government Ravil Muratov at the session of Republican interdepartmental commission on improving living standards and legalization of incomings. The event was held in RT Cabinet.“We have to substitute vacancies, satisfy needs in human resources in Tatarstan at the expense of citizens living in republic and Russian Federation”,- Ravil Muratov is sure. There won’t be any foreigners. By his words, it is necessary to use more intensively the potential of more than 6100 young Tatarstaners who came back from the army.

Due to the taken measures within the limits of program of additional actions aimed at decreasing tension at labor market the number of officially registered unemployed people decreased by 38125 in Tatarstan. This was announced today by Deputy Minister of labor, employment and social protection Klara Tazetdinova at the session of Republican interdepartmental commission on improving living standards and legalization of incomings. The Republic of Tatarstan regards auto making as its machine building branch’s main prospect, the republic’s head Rustam Minnikhanov said after a meeting of the council of general and chief designers, leading scientists and high-technology economy sector specialists in Naberezhnye Chelny. The meeting on implementing advanced engineering technologies in auto design was chaired by Russia government’s vice-premier Sergey Ivanov.The council of general and chief designers, leading scientists and high-technology economy sector specialists at the Russian Federation government’s chairman was set up on October 13, 2008. Its main tasks are analysis and developing recommendations on issues related to the state and trends of Russia’s industry’s development, state structural, innovative and research and development policy, as well as expert examination of large R&D investment and other programmes, projects and proposals submitted to the government.

The strategic session “The development of the Republic of Tatarstan: the new strategy of development and attraction of investments” can be called the beginning of joint work of Tatarstan and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said greeting the participants of the session. The event attended by representatives of Tatarstan’s government structures and business community was held at the RT House of Government.
