Today Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov took part in ceremonial opening of XV international exhibition “Oil.Gas.Petrochemistry-2008” in Kazan.
The exhibition is held in Tatarstan capital and over the years has been among 3 large regional oil and gas expositions. Every year more than 200 oil and gas producing companies and enterprises which produce equipment and technologies for extraction and processing of hydrocarbons take part in this event.

“Russian venture company” Jsc and Tatarstan Government signed today the agreement about cooperation and joint work in creation of venture investment industry and development of innovative branches of economics.
“Russian venture company” was presented by general director Aleksey Korobov, Tatarstan was presented by Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

Today Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov met with Deputy General Director of Federal State unitary enterprise “All-Russia state television and broadcasting company” (VGTRK) Andrey Bystritsky. They discussed preparation and holding of 14 Finance Assembly of European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Boris Pavlov took part in Yakutsk economic forum “Megaprojects of Russia” that took place in Yakutsk (Sakha republic) on September, 6-7, 2008.
At the conference “Megaprojects and new possibilities for small and medium enterprises“Boris Pavlov presented innovative and investment potential of Tatarstan including cluster development of oil-chemistry and oil-producing branches of Tatarstan, complex project “Development of nanoindustry in Tatarstan”, investment project “Complex usage of low-trade timber of forest-poor regions by the example of Tatarstan”.

Deputy Minister of Health Care of Tatarstan Farida Yarkaeva informed today at briefing in RT Cabinet that in 2008 Tatarstan received medicines for 1, 55 billion RUR to provide citizens that have benefits. Last year the sum was 1, 17 billion RUR.

In 2009 total volume of Compulsory Health Insurance (OMS) Fund income in Tatarstan will make 17, 5 billion RUR. RT Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin informed about it today at the session in RT Cabinet that was devoted to consolidated budget of Tatarstan for 2009.

Head of Tatarstan Government informed today at the session in RT Cabinet that in 2009 Tatarstan plans to construct a number of important strategic objects. The part of means will be allocated from additional income.

Yesterday, on September, 5 Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov met in RT Cabinet with officials of “Daimler AG” company. “Daimler AG” company was presented by the member of Directors council of “Daimler AG” – the Head of lorries Division “Daimler” Andreas Renschler, President and Chief Executive Director of “Evobus Daimler buses” Harald Landmann, responsible person for lorries strategy and regional business strategy “Daimler” Karsten Botmann. The Republic of Tatarstan was presented by Minister of Ecology and Nature resources of Tatarstan Aglyam Sadretdinov, General Director of “KAMAZ” JSC Sergey Kogogin, the member of Directors council “KAMAZ” JSC, President of “Troyka Capital Partners” Company Sergey Skvorcov, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Ildar Khalikov.

The opening ceremony of House of Children Creative work was held today in Menzelinsk with participation of Tatarstan Prime Minister. RT Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Culture Zilya Valeeva, RT Minister of Education Nail Valeev and President of holding company “Russky Standart” Rustam Tariko who sponsored the construction of new center of children leisure, congratulated young citizens of Menzelinsk.

Housing Fund of Tatarstan is ready for heating season 2008/2009 for 80 %. RT Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Khusnullin informed about it today in RT Cabinet at republic meeting devoted to preparation for heating period and capital repair in multi-family houses.
