The branch can not be revived and take a remarkable place in world and home market without modernization of domestic aircraft building on the basis of modern technologies.

Tatarstan Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov reported about it at scientific-practical conference “Modern technologies – the key point in revival of domestic aircraft building”.

Agreement about cooperation between RT Cabinet, “United Aircraft Corporation” JSC and Gorbunov KAPO was signed today in Kazan within scientific-practical conference “Modern technologies – the key point in revival of domestic aircraft building”.
The document was signed by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and the President of “United Aircraft Corporation” (OAK) Aleksey Fedorov.

“Kazan Gorbunov Aircraft Production Association” JSC (KAPO) will join United Aircraft Corporation JSC (OAK). RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov informed about it at press conference in Kazan.

Press conference was held within the 4th international exhibition “Aerospace technologies and equipment Kazan-2008”.

Today in RT Cabinet the Head of RT Government Rustam Minnikhanov held the meeting concerning the problems of small and medium enterprises development. The subject of discussion was the state support of small enterprises.

Today RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov held the meeting with the Head of Russian Federal antimonopoly service (FAS) Igor’ Artem’ev in RT Government House.

During the meeting with RT Prime Minister the questions of department activity within realization of antimonopoly legislation were discussed.

 

For 7 months of 2008 1,328 million m² of houses or 61, 3 % of yearly plan have been built in RT. On the whole, Republic plans to put into exploitation 2 million 165 thousand m² of houses, one third of which - 709 000 m² will be houses of republic social mortgage program.
The Head of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Husnullin told about it today at the meeting of ministry board.

Today in Kazan Kremlin RF President Dmitry Medvedev hold the bilateral meeting with RT President Mintimer Shaimiev. For the meeting of head of state in Kremlin white hall there was the presentation of Universiade 2013 which will be held in Kazan. There were: RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, RT Chairman of state council Farid Muhamedshin, RT Minister of Youth, Sport and Tourism Marat Bariev. Kazan Mayor Ilsur Metshin showed the presentation.

Today RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov met the President of “United aircraft building corporation” JSC Alexey Fedorov in Moscow.
During the meeting they agreed about signing of contract between RT Cabinet, “United aircraft building corporation” JSC and Gorbunov KAPA about the interaction in attraction of additional investment resources for development of Kazan Aircraft production association.

The Head of RT government Rustam Minnikhanov held the meeting in RT Cabinet with general director of state corporation “Russian Corporation of nanotechnologies” (“Rosnanotech”) Leonid Melamed.
They spoke about cooperation of RT and “Rosnanotech” Corporation in the sphere of nanoindustry development.
Later on RT Prime Minister and the head of “Rosnanotech” took part in work of interdepartmental work group on financing of nanoindustry in Tatarstan.

In September 34448 people will go to the first class in RT. State counselor on social questions under the RT President Tat’yana Larionova informed about it today at traditional briefing in RT Cabinet.

Last year there were 33551 first-formers in RT.
