On August 24, at a meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses within the framework of the project “Business and power: straight talk”  in Korston, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov said that he supported the idea of establishing Council on Entrepreneurship under the President of the republic. Tthe meeting was organized by Commissioner under the Tatarstan President for the protection of entrepreneurs’ rights Timur Nagumanov. 

On August 22, during his working trip to Drozhzhanov region, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in solemn opening ceremony of children's activity center “Planet of Talents”. 

On August 22, accompanied by head of Tetyushi region Ramis Safiullov, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in solemn opening ceremony of “Rodnichok” kindergarten for 25 children in Uryum village of Tetyushi region of the republic. 

On August 22, speaking at the event dedicated to 60th anniversary of  Leninogorsk town and  70th anniversary of Leninogorskneft  Oil and Gas Production Board, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic said that Leninogorskneft  Oil and Gas Production Board is still a leading division of Tatneft Oil Company. Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President Shafagat Takhautdinov, head of Leninogorsk region Ryagat Khusainov, Director General of OAO “Tatneft” Nail Maganov and other officials participated in the event.  The ceremony took place in the stadium of reconstructed sports center “Yunost” situated in Leninogorsk town. 

On August 22, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony of a new school in Leninogorsk. 

The new educational institution was constructed instead of the former hazardous one. The builing houses 46 classrooms, a psychological release room, a dancing room, an assembly hall for 320 people, a canteen, a modern healthcare center, a sport and recreation ground, and an ice hockey rink. 

On August 22, at a regional video conference held by Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on working trip in Leninogorsk, with the participation of all municipal regions, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Agriculture and Food  Marat Akhmetov reported that 1 million hectares or 64 per cent of harvesting area have been  thrashed in the republic by August 22. It should be mentioned  that Rustam Minnikhanov is on working trip in Leninogorsk. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov participated in the event from Tatarstan Government House. 

On August 22, Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the solemn opening ceremony of Leninogorsk Marriage Registration Palace. Chairman of Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin, Head of Leninogorsk region Ryagat Khusainov, Director General of OAO “Tatneft” Nail Maganov and other officials participated in the event. 

On August 22, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived on a working visit in Leninogorsk municipal region (Tatarstan) to take part in a solemn event dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Leninogorsk and 70th anniversary of establishing Leninogorskneft Oil and Gas Production Board.

On August 21,  Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President's Administrative Office Asgat Saffarov reported on training process of Tatarstan public authorities and heads of municipalities in Moscow management school “Skolkovo” to Interim President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov.

On August 21, speaking at plenary session of regional August meeting of Tatarstan education and science employees on “Modern education: new strategic guidelines – new solutions”, Interim President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that "Tatarstan has became a model region for the entire country in many areas over the past five years, we have made a qualitative leap in the development".
