On November 6, at his meeting with delegation of the Czech Republic led by Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Mládek at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the Czech Republic is one of leading foreign economic partners of Tatarstan.

On November 6, at the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Industry and Trade and Board Chairman of a Czech company "ALTA” Vladimir Plashil signed a memorandum of intentions to localize production of metal-working machines in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone at the Kazan Kremlin.

On November 6, the Republic of Tatarstan, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, Moscow Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed the agreement at the Kazan Kremlin. The document was signed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, rector of Moscow State Institute of International Relations Anatoly Torkunov and Director of International Institute of Energy Policy and Diplomacy of Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Valery Salygin.

On November 6, Tatarstan State Counsellor, a member of the Board of Guardians of Russian Chess Federation Mintimer Shaimiev met President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) Kirsan Ilyumzhinov at the Kazan Kremlin.

On November 6, at their meeting at Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of the World Chess Federation (FIDE) Kirsan Ilyumzhinov discussed further cooperation, organization and holding of sports matches.

On November 6, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov inspected construction of facilities in Innopolis, a new city near Kazan. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communications of the republic Roman Shaikhutdinov,  Tatarstan Minister of Architecture, Construcion and Housing and Utilities Services Irek Faizullin, heads of contracting and design organizations accompanied the President.

On November 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin took part in a friendly match between veterans of Czech and Ak Bars hockey teams at Sports Palace in Kazan.

On November 5, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov addressed Tatarstan citizens on the occasion of Constitution Day of the Republic.
