On June 10 at their meeting in Kazan Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Federal fund of compulsory medical insurance Natalia Stadchenko discussed further cooperation in the sphere of compulsory medical insurance, realisation of measures on protection of rights of insured citizens, and assessment of the quality of medical aid.

On June 5 at their meeting in Paris Tatarstan State Counselor Mintimer Shaimiev and UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova discussed global value of cultural and historical monuments – the Kazan Kremlin, ancient Bolgar and island-town of Sviyazhsk.
