“Realization of big projects aimed at maximum processing of hydrocarbon materials will favour competitive growth of Tatarstan. These projects are “TANECO”, “Ammoni”, construction of ethylene production plant with capacity of 1 mln tons per year at OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim, and Complex for advanced processing of heavy charge at OAO “TAIF-NK”,” the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov stated presenting his annual message to deputies at a session of the Tatarstan State Council.

A plenary session dedicated to the Competition Day was held in Kazan. Chief of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Igor Artemiev made a keynote report “Increasing efficiency of antimonopoly supervision in the context of globalization of the global economy”.
The Federal state autonomous institution “training center” of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service has opened in Kazan. Chief of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service Igor Artemiev and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening ceremony.
The ceremony of awarding winners of the republican contests “ECOleader” and “Man and nature” was held in the Tatarstan capital today. Tatarstan’s Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Deputy Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Rimma Ratnikova, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of agriculture and foodstuff Marat Akhmetov, Minister of ecology and nature resources Artem Sidorov, Minister of youth affairs, sport and tourism Rafis Burganov took part in the meeting.
Coordination Council for work with representations of the Republic of Tatarstan abroad and in Russian regions is meant to be established in Tatarstan. It has been discussed at a meeting with representatives of Tatarstan abroad and in Russian regions. The meeting was held by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at the RT Government House.

5.5 mln requests, 114 000 applications have been sent to the Portal of state and municipal services, more than 2.5 mln people signed up for the electronic queue and made 1.1 mln electronic payments for the sum of 416.5 mln roubles in January-August 2012.
Chief of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia Igor Artemiev has arrived in Tatarstan with a working visit. He was met by Tatarstan’s Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, first deputy PM Ravil Muratov, and other officials at the international airport “Kazan”.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has launched the largest in Russia and Eastern Europe injection-molding machine for new polymer processing line. Containers for household solid wastes will be produced at new line of “Ai Plast” plant.
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with stage director, scriptwriter and people’s artist Andrei Konchalovsky. The meeting took place at the RT Government House with participation of the Tatarstan’s Minister of culture Airat Sibagatullin.
