He recalled that the country adopted another long-term target program "Energy saving and energy efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2010-2015".

Today of the RF Minister of Energy Alexander Novak is on a working visit in the Republic of Tatarstan. At the international airport "Kazan" he was met by the Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan include measures to support the population of RT in order to facilitate the transition to pay for heat power, without cross-subsidization.
