In nine months of the current year the Tatarstan budget has received more than 3bn 806m roubles from operating state and municipal property

Speaking at a regional videoconference meeting in the Government house of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the regional Minister of Land and Property Relations Fanil Agliullin has reported about implementation of the budget, particularly of revenues from operations of state and municipal property and decreasing debts in land and property rent payments.

Thus, he said that in nine months of the current year the Tatarstan budget has received more than 3bn 806m roubles from operating state and municipal property, having fulfilled the budget task by 101.5 per cent

The local budgets received 3bn 866m roubles in nine months of 2022 showing the positive dynamic of depletable revenues compared to the last year.

Informing, that the total amount of arrears in municipal property rent payments in municipalities decreased by 220.9m roubles compared to the last year, Fanil Agliullin stressed that as of 1 October of the current year the total amount of rent payment arrears still is 286.3m, including 246.7m roubles of land rent and 39.6m of property rent payments.

In conclusion, the Minister urged heads of the municipalities of the republic to take the issues of decreasing rent payments arrears under their close control.
