The delegation of the RF Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications has been today in the Cabinet of Republic Tatarstan by the head of the government of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. The presentation of opportunities of «Electronic Government of the Republic Tatarstan» for representatives of the RF Ministry of Telecommunications was held having demonstrated in action organization of video conference with all municipal regions of the republic.

The briefing with agenda “Development of transport-and-road complex in 2009” has been held in RT Cabinet. According to Ildus Faskhutdinov no project freezing is planned in road sector. The expenses may be cut due to decrease of prices for road materials, fuels and lubricants. He also emphasized that no firings in road sector would take place. On the contrary, transport-and-road complex is in need of qualified personnel.

The participants of cheap credit RT program of small and middle companies development committee and commercial banks are going to sign the agreement on stipulating loan terms of granting target credits for development of small and middle enterprises in Tatarstan. The decision has been taken up at the meeting in RT Cabinet held by PM Rustam Minnikhanov

Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Prime Minister of Belorus Sergey Sidorsky have singed intergovernmental protocol for cooperation in 2009-2010. The document is expected to increase the sales volume and expand cooperation between republics. During the visit to Belorus Tatarstan delegation observed some machine-building enterprises such as republican unitary enterprises “Minsk Tractor Works” and "Minsk Automobile Plant".

Chief of RF Pension Fund Department in Tatarstan has informed about legislation amendments referred to maternal capital. State maternal capital certificate is assigned for those women, who gave birth or adopted the second or the third child since January, 1, 2007. As for men they also have the right for family capital. The sum of maternal capital makes 299731 RUR.

The buying of auto vehicles produced in Tatarstan for republic and municipal companies has been discussed at the meeting in RT Cabinet. In the meeting took part chiefs of republic ministries, Vadim Shvetsov, General Director of JSC “Sollers” company, Adil Shirinov, General Director of LLC “Sollers-Elabuga”.

Rustam Minnikhanov visited Aktanysh municipal district. RT Prime Minister advised large industrial companies to start the production of components in republic regions. As an example he told about opening of new workshop at “Aktanysh Aggregate Plant” Ltd. Yuriy Klochkov, First Deputy General Director of JSC “KAMAZ” presented at the opening ceremony.

Boris Pavlov, RT First Deputy Prime Minister, the members of Russian Government, Heads of the regions in Privolzhsky federal area, deputies and senators took part in inauguration of Nikita Belykh, the Governor of Kirov region.
The Governor thanked Dmitry Medvedev, the President of Russian Federation and citizens of Kirov region for given credence and swore to protect the citizens’ interests, respect and protect their rights, follow the Constitution of Russian Federation and regulations of Kirov region.

Ahmad Ali Reza Bigi, the Governor of the Eastern Azerbaijan announced at the meeting with Rustam Minnikhanov that Iran plans to invest the money into production of heavy and light tractors in Tatarstan, the development of joint projects in oil chemistry, cooperation among Tatarstan and Iran universities and adjustment of air service between Kazan and Tebriz.
