On February 17, speaking at a videoconference held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the regional State Council Farid Mukhametshin and the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector of Tatarstan Aleksey Frolov reported on how national projects, regional and state programmes are implemented in Tatarstan.
On 16 February Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin and the Deputy Head of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs General-Lieutenant Elena Zakharkina (who joined the meeting via video conference) took part in a meeting of the Chief Department of the Federal Service of Court Bailiffs in the republic which summarized results of the department work in 2022 and set forth the tasks for 2023.
On 15 February at their meeting at the KAMAZ Automaker Company in Naberezhnyye Chelny, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov and the Director General of the Company Sergey Kogogin discussed cooperation of the Innopolis University and the enterprise in implementation of joint educational projects as well as projects in robotics.
Participants of the meeting also discussed competences of the projects and R&D Department and the scientific-industrial Robotic Center of the university.
On 15 February, congratulating everyone with the Day of Remembrance of Russian citizens who served their military duty outside Motherland, Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin said in his telegramme: “On 15 February our country celebrates the Day of Remembrance of Russian citizens who served their military duty outside Motherland. This day we pay homage to all citizens who in different years took part in settlement of military conflicts outside Russia. As many as 25 000 people died when fulfilling their military duty in various hot spots and we share the pain of bereavement with those who lost their near ones and close friends in these warpaths. We cherish the memory of all those fallen for their Motherland and glorify those who have come back safe!”
On February 14, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the republic Ramis Muzipov and Rector of Innopolis University Aleksander Tormasov took part in a solemn ceremony of awarding Tatarstan schoolchildren winners and prize-winners of the 14th international autumn tournament in informatics, held in Bulgaria in an online format on November 24, 2022.
On February 14, Acting Prime Minister of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin paid a working visit to Chistopol municipal region of the republic to take part in the meeting of the Council of the region on the result of its work in 2022 and tasks for 2023.
On 14 February, speaking to journalists at a traditional briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Tatarstan Investments Development Agency (TIDA) Taliya Minullina told that the ХIV International economic forum “Russia-Islamic world: KazanForum 2023” to be held at the Kazan Expo on 18-20 May this year will comprise about 200 events.
“We are planning discussions on Islamic finances and this must be one of the most important sessions prepared by the Central Bank. The track will be dedicated to partnership financing as an alternative to traditional financial instruments,” she said.
On 11 February at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the Director of the Fund “The Institute of development of Tatarstan cities Nailya Zinnatullina reported about operation of multi-apartment houses yards in a number of municipalities of the republic.
On 11 February at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with all municipalities of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin informed that as of 11 February the housing construction plan for 2023 has been fulfilled by 16 per cent with 503 thousand square meters commissioned in the republic.
On 8 February the Rais (the Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to the regional Government to organize work in providing humanitarian aid for residents of Turkey, who suffered from the strongest earthquake. Regional Deputy Prime Minister Leila Fazleeva is responsible for this issue from the Government and together with the General Consul of Turkey in Kazan she will coordinate work of enterprises and organizations of the republic in collecting essential supplies.
